Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Finding a masjid, searching, filtering and getting directions all work without signing in. An account is only needed to contribute facts or photographs, so that contributions can be reviewed and credited.
I did not receive the SMS code
Codes are sent to Uzbek numbers. Check that the number is typed without the country code (the app adds +998), wait for the resend timer, and make sure you have signal. If it still does not arrive, email us with the number you used.
The map is empty, or my area has no masjids
Zoomed far out, the map stops loading pins on purpose — zoom into a city and they appear. If a masjid near you is genuinely missing, add it from the map: tap the add button and place it where you are standing.
I added something and it is not showing
Every contribution and every photograph is checked by a moderator before it becomes visible to everyone. This normally takes a day or two. You can see your own pending contributions in Profile.
Something on a place is wrong
Open the place and use Report. You can report the place itself, a single fact, or a photograph. Reports go to moderators, not straight to the map.
Why can I not choose a photo from my gallery?
Photographs must be taken inside the app, at the place. That is deliberate: it is what makes a photograph evidence rather than a picture from the internet. Photographs of people are not allowed.
How do I turn off my name on contributions?
Being credited by name is optional and off by default. Change it in Profile.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account, at the bottom. Full instructions and what is erased: account deletion.
Privacy
Location is used only while you are using the app, never in the background. Photographs are stripped of embedded GPS before storage. Full details: privacy policy.

Hisob kerakmi?
Yo‘q. Masjid topish, qidiruv, filtr va yo‘l ko‘rsatish — hammasi hisobsiz ishlaydi. Hisob faqat ma’lumot yoki surat qo‘shish uchun kerak, chunki hissa ko‘rib chiqilishi kerak.
SMS kod kelmadi
Kodlar O‘zbekiston raqamlariga yuboriladi. Raqamni davlat kodisiz kiriting (ilova +998 ni o‘zi qo‘shadi), qayta yuborish taymerini kuting va aloqa borligiga ishonch hosil qiling. Baribir kelmasa, ishlatgan raqamingiz bilan bizga yozing.
Xarita bo‘sh, yoki hududimda masjid yo‘q
Juda uzoqdan qaraganda xarita belgilarni ataylab yuklamaydi — shaharga yaqinlashtiring, ular paydo bo‘ladi. Yoningizdagi masjid haqiqatan yo‘q bo‘lsa, xaritadan qo‘shing: qo‘shish tugmasini bosing va turgan joyingizga belgilang.
Qo‘shdim, lekin ko‘rinmayapti
Har bir hissa va har bir surat hammaga ko‘rinishidan oldin moderator tomonidan tekshiriladi. Odatda bir-ikki kun. Kutilayotgan hissalaringizni Profil bo‘limida ko‘rasiz.
Joy haqidagi ma’lumot noto‘g‘ri
Joyni oching va Shikoyat tugmasidan foydalaning. Joyning o‘zi, bitta fakt yoki suratni ko‘rsatishingiz mumkin. Shikoyatlar to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xaritaga emas, moderatorlarga boradi.
Nega galereyadan surat tanlay olmayman?
Suratlar joyning o‘zida, ilova ichida olinishi shart. Bu ataylab: shu narsa suratni internetdan olingan rasm emas, dalil qiladi. Odamlarning suratlari taqiqlanadi.
Ismimni qanday yashiraman?
Ism bilan tanilish ixtiyoriy va sukut bo‘yicha o‘chiq. Profil bo‘limida o‘zgartiring.
Hisobimni qanday o‘chiraman?
Profil → eng pastdagi Hisobni o‘chirish. To‘liq yo‘riqnoma va nima o‘chirilishi: hisobni o‘chirish.
Maxfiylik
Joylashuv faqat ilovadan foydalanganda ishlatiladi, orqa fonda hech qachon. Suratlardagi GPS ma’lumoti saqlashdan oldin olib tashlanadi. Batafsil: maxfiylik siyosati.

Частые вопросы
Нужна ли учётная запись?
Нет. Поиск мечети, фильтры и маршруты работают без входа. Учётная запись нужна только чтобы добавлять сведения или фотографии — их нужно проверять.
Не пришёл код в SMS
Коды отправляются на узбекские номера. Введите номер без кода страны (приложение само добавит +998), дождитесь таймера повторной отправки и проверьте связь. Если код всё равно не приходит, напишите нам, указав номер.
Карта пустая, рядом нет мечетей
При сильном отдалении карта намеренно перестаёт загружать метки — приблизьтесь к городу, и они появятся. Если мечети рядом действительно нет, добавьте её с карты: нажмите кнопку добавления и отметьте место, где вы стоите.
Я добавил, но ничего не видно
Каждое дополнение и каждая фотография проверяются модератором, прежде чем станут видны всем. Обычно это день-два. Свои ожидающие дополнения видны в Профиле.
Сведения о месте неверны
Откройте место и нажмите Пожаловаться. Можно пожаловаться на само место, на отдельный факт или на фотографию. Жалобы уходят модераторам, а не сразу на карту.
Почему нельзя выбрать фото из галереи?
Фотографии делаются только внутри приложения, на месте. Это сделано намеренно: именно это превращает фотографию в подтверждение, а не в картинку из интернета. Фотографии людей запрещены.
Как убрать своё имя?
Указание имени — по желанию и по умолчанию выключено. Измените в Профиле.
Как удалить учётную запись?
Профиль → внизу Удалить учётную запись. Подробная инструкция и что именно стирается: удаление учётной записи.
Конфиденциальность
Местоположение используется только во время работы приложения, никогда в фоне. GPS-данные удаляются из фотографий до сохранения. Подробно: политика конфиденциальности.
